Lemme say, sichuan seasoned meatloaf is the best.
(I bake a meatloaf using impossible burger as the base, seasoned with doubanjiang, chili crisp, five spice powder and sichuan chili powder. In both the loaf and the sauce.)
I used @flybyjing's chili crisp this time, though we've used Lao Gan Ma previously and both are excellent.
The key variation in the recipe from standard recipes is that I don't add milk, as impossible burger is plenty moist. I DO use one egg, though there are quality egg substitutes out there if you wanted to make it vegan.
And honestly, I forgot the egg one time and it still turned out fine.
