I'm about to figure out if i can run the Elementary OS installer from uhh, ubuntu
Like theoretically the whole point of the LiveCD is just to have a Linux system to run the installer program on mounted directories. Well. I already have an Linux. I don't have an Bootable USB. so ????
There's already, like, debootstrap and co
The main reason pushing me to do this is because ubuntu has started just randomly fucking up and slowing down for no observable reason.
@alexandria I think I did something like this with `chroot` when I bungled an arch install.
But that was with a freshly (if admittedly incorrectly) formatted drive so I wasn't worried about losing anything.
Good luck
@az Ah, yeah I've done that before. This is slightly different :)
